Each set of our custom-made nails is crafted with care and attention to detail, which means your order requires a processing period before it is shipped. On average, it takes approximately 5 to 10 working days* to prepare your nails for dispatch. Once your order is ready and has been handed over to the post office or our courier partner, you will receive a notification with the relevant details.

Please note that larger orders may require additional time, with processing extending up to 10 working days. Additionally, during peak periods such as holidays, the processing time may increase due to higher order volumes. We value your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Should you have any urgent inquiries or require assistance, feel free to reach out to us directly via Instagram DM for a quicker response.

At PressOnNails, we prioritize hygiene and quality, ensuring that every set of press-on nails you receive is brand-new, clean, and created with the highest standards.

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, as well as for sanitary reasons, we regret to inform you that all sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives products that are untouched and safe to use. We kindly request that you carefully read all product information, descriptions, and sizing guides before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

It is important to order the correct nail shape, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect selections made during the ordering process. We strongly recommend double-checking your chosen shape and size to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as material shortages or high demand, a full refund will be provided.

Custom Nail Order Service

Shipping Policy

Custom orders are handcrafted and require 1 to 4 weeks for processing. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the service provider and destination. 

All shipping costs are borne by the customer and vary based on the delivery service provider. Free delivery is not available. 

Once the product is shipped, PressOnNails is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused during transit. Ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid delivery issues. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of custom nail orders, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once the order is completed and delivered. 

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as material shortages or high demand, a full refund will be provided. 

Refunds are not applicable for cancellations requested by the customer after the order has been placed.
